Without mobilizing and redirecting private capital through global financial markets, environmental and climate protection goals can no longer be achieved. Worldwide, regulation is being created to sustainably transform financial markets. Philipp Kleiner explores this increasing intertwining of environmental and financial market law. He examines its foundations in international law as well as relevant European legal acts like the taxonomy or the sustainability-related disclosure regulation.
