Ariane Antolic comprehensively addresses the problems posed by such erroneous capital increases in relation to the law on defects under company law, a possible protection of the status quo and the further legal consequences. Within her methodologically pluralistic study she develops a synergetic solution for the joint stock corporation and the limited liability company.
